The institution has 60 sufficiently qualified tutors and 18 qualified non teaching staff members. All of them have been employed in the full-time basis. This enables the institution to provide reliable educational programs and services for its customers.

Since the institution is still owned by MOEST, staff recruitment system is organized by MOEST in consultation with the college principal taking into consideration the institutional needs. All promotion and appraisal procedures are under the ministry level.
