The effectiveness of supervision and running of the college depends very much on the involvement of student teachers in various college activities. To achieve this goal, The But-TC has the government of student teachers which has been formed democratically following gender bases and supported by the college community. Its organizational structure comprises of the president of the government of student teachers, vice president, prime minister, other ministers, deputy ministers, and principal secretaries of various ministries. These ministers form the following ministries: Defense and security, discipline; planning, finance, and economy; food; education; health and environment; games and sports, welfare, entertainments, and culture; agriculture, and information and communication.
Its organs include the cabinet (with ministers) and legislature (with its speaker, deputy speaker, secretary, and chairpersons of classes and dormitories).
